Termpact in Shopify admin
Termpact adds blocks and actions to Shopify admin pages, so you can see contract prices and credit without opening Termpact. Shopify may ask you to pin a block the first time: open the page and choose ⋯ → Pin block.

Staff see what their Termpact role allows; a viewer can’t record payments or change groups. See Staff roles.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”- Apply contract prices (draft order, More actions): sets each line to its contract price with automatic discounts off. Drafts made from checkout already carry the contract discount, so there’s nothing to change. See Draft orders.
- Place or lift credit hold (company, More actions): holds a company’s orders for review, or lifts the hold, with a reason that goes in the activity history. See Credit limits.
