Uninstall Termpact

Open Export and uninstall in the Termpact menu. Store owners and admins can run the steps; anyone can see what Termpact changed.

What Termpact changed

The page lists, for your store:

• company locations that send orders as drafts because Termpact turned on Submit all orders as drafts for review for credit (soft mode),
• orders with a Termpact credit hold on fulfillment,
• locations priced by a Termpact price list,
• open invoices,
• Shopify Flow triggers, webhook endpoints and API keys.

The steps

1. Get ready. Termpact stops placing new credit holds and turning on draft review while you finish. Prices keep working.
2. Put back draft review and release holds. Each location gets back the draft-review setting it had before Termpact changed it. Termpact’s own fulfillment holds are released. Holds you or another app placed are never touched. You can run this again; it skips what’s already done.
3. Export everything. You get one zip file with a spreadsheet per table, the same data as JSON, and the invoice and statement PDFs. The download link works for 7 days.
4. Turn off contract prices (optional). Switches Termpact’s checkout discount and order rules off, so you can check your store with Shopify’s own prices first. You can turn them back on.
5. Uninstall in Shopify. Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels in Shopify admin and uninstall Termpact. Termpact never uninstalls itself.

On Shopify Plus you can also turn price lists into Shopify catalogs with price lists before you leave: open a price list and choose Convert to a Shopify catalog.

After you uninstall

• Contract prices, order rules and credit checks stop.
• Shopify asks Termpact to delete your store’s data 48 hours after you uninstall. If you reinstall before then, everything is as you left it.
• The export you downloaded is yours to keep.
